You’ll reflect on your current team setup, hear how other advisors have evolved their approach and use a tool to identify capacity risks and opportunities for structural changes.

ABOUT 35 MINUTES

Recruiting today is a two-way street — advisors must be just as intentional about attracting the right candidates as candidates are about choosing where to work. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to help define your ideal team member, highlight what makes your practice compelling and address generational differences that may affect your strategy. You’ll hear directly from advisors who’ve adapted their approach, reflect on your biggest recruiting challenges and use tools to build a candidate profile, attraction strategy and onboarding plan.

ABOUT 25 MINUTES

A strong compensation and incentive structure helps you retain great people and align their performance with your business goals. In this lesson, you’ll explore the connection between incentives and outcomes, learn how to use incentives for team motivation and reflect on what’s motivating your own desire for change. You’ll use a tool to design a structure that supports both your team’s needs and your long-term vision.

ABOUT 20 MINUTES

With teams increasingly made up of both veteran and next-gen advisors, this lesson helps you harness the strengths of each. You’ll hear how teams have navigated generational differences, reflect on your own challenges and opportunities and use a tool to align values and aspirations across generations — fostering collaboration and continuity in your business.

ABOUT 20 MINUTES

As your practice evolves, your team’s capabilities should, too. In this lesson, you’ll explore ways to help identify and develop individual strengths to meet emerging business needs. You’ll hear how commitment to team development can lead to meaningful growth and succession readiness, reflect on what you’re currently holding onto and use a tool to match team members’ superpowers to areas of opportunity.

This lesson offers guidance on identifying your goals and mapping a clear path forward. You’ll hear how advisors choose different but intentional succession plans, reflect on what you want yours to accomplish and use tools to create a plan and track milestones across a 7-, 3- and 1-year timeline.
