FLEXIBILITY
Your day We value the importance of being together and collaborating in person. We also value having some flexibility. That's why we offer a semi-hybrid schedule for most positions, with most associates finding balance between office and home.
When you are in the office, we can help you structure your workspace so you can be comfortable and productive.
Dress code We have a flexible dress code. Associates can choose more casual or formal attire, depending on the nature of their day.
Working remotely Most associates can work from a state or country different from their assigned Capital Group office for up to 30 business days each calendar year.
