Our recruiters will ask questions to better understand your qualifications and interests. You’ll also be able to ask any questions that are on your mind.
If you continue the interview process, you’ll meet with business leaders and the hiring manager. You’ll likely discuss examples of professional experiences where you did well, had challenges and experienced growth.

If you continue to move through the interview process to a conditional offer, we’ll verify your background. We’ll check your employment, education, certifications and licenses. You will also be fingerprinted in accordance with federal guidelines.
Once your background check is completed and approved, you will receive an offer. If you accept our offer, your start date will be determined and your onboarding process will begin.
COMMUNICATION
Depending on where you are in the candidate journey, some emails may be automated — such as a notification of receipt for your résumé — while others will be from a recruiting associate. Our goal is to keep you as informed as possible along the way.

We’ll verify your employment and educational history, including certifications and licenses, as well as conduct a criminal background check.
Our recruiters typically cover our total compensation package philosophy at the beginning of the recruiting process.
We adhere to the highest safety precautions in all our locations. These include scheduling virtual interviews as necessary, scheduling virtual meetings as necessary, providing hand sanitizer and masks to associates who want them, and implementing additional safety precautions as recommended by federal guidelines.
We have a flexible dress code. Associates can choose more relaxed or professional attire, depending on the nature of their day.
Capital Group works with several recruitment firms that will contact you by phone or email to follow up on a résumé or application submission. All interviews and communications will be done via phone, WebEx and in person.
