Yes. To enhance the security of your account(s), when you register your account online, you’ll be able to request 2-step verification each time you log in. Two-step verification helps to protect your account and identity by requiring a one-time passcode when you log in.
Yes. Depending on your notification preferences, your new account experience will provide you with new notifications regarding activity on your account. They will be updated with a new layout and will also start to come from Capital Group Account Notifications at Capital_Group_Account_Notifications@service.capitalgroup.com with a subject line that starts with “Account alert,” so you can easily identify them in your inbox.
