We’re enhancing Client Accounts to better support how you manage your clients’ accounts online by introducing new features, strengthening security and improving overall usability. These updates are intended to streamline key tasks and deliver a more seamless digital experience. You’ll be prompted to link your Vision ID and password to your Capital Ideas Pro login, providing a seamless login process with 2-step verification for increased security. (Your Capital Ideas Pro login is what provides access to exclusive content for financial professionals, including applications, reports, events and more.)

Once you’ve transitioned to the new Client Accounts, your Capital Ideas Pro user name and password will serve as your login credentials. If you use a password manager, be sure to update it with these credentials. Additionally, if you have the current Client Accounts link saved as a bookmark or favorite, you should update it to capitalgroup.com/advisor/accounts/dashboard.
* For your security and the security of your clients’ accounts, login credentials should not be shared with your assistant or anyone else. Assistants will need to link their Capital Ideas Pro credentials to their own Affiliate Vision ID. If your assistant links their Capital Ideas Pro credentials to your Vision ID, it will prevent you from linking the same Vision ID. If you have any questions about this process or need assistance, contact us.
