The Client Accounts section of our website is designed to help you easily manage your accounts held directly at Capital Group.
Once logged in, your personalized dashboard conveniently displays alerts at the top, keeping you informed of your clients’ recent activity. To receive these alerts via a weekly or daily email summary, go to your profile by selecting your name and opt in under your communication preferences.
Below the alerts, the “News and updates” section provides timely information and resources tailored to your book of business. For added convenience, you’ll also find quick access to “Popular Links,” like the online submission tool to easily send us forms and documents. Here, you can review your “Total assets & top clients” and verify “Recent top transactions.”
To access a client’s account, simply enter their name, account number or BIN in the “Client Search.” If your client has more than one account, the “Account Summary” displays their total portfolio value, followed by the current value of each account within the portfolio. When you select a specific account, you’ll find additional details, including returns and fund information. From here, you can manage the account.
You can easily complete transactions, including investments, withdrawals and exchanges. You can also manage automatic transactions. Use the menu on the left to manage the client’s contact information in the “Client Profile” or access their “Statements and Tax Forms” and more.
Below the “Account Summary,” you’ll find account-specific information, including fund details, an interactive graph showing how the account has changed over time and the current allocation.
